A New Hope

I have something to look forward to this year.

'What is it?' you ask, my gentle reader.

'Well,' I say quietly and with a slight air of smug happiness. 'It's something that's been a long time in coming. Something I was never sure would happen until recently. Something sure to fill my heart with joy ...'

'Your wedding in May?' you interrupt.

'No,' I reply, a little embarrassed. 'It's something more ...'

'Your upcoming published book?' you continue, eager to speed up my, at times, laconic story-telling style reminiscent of the old farm hand epic as exemplified by-

'Your bucks party? Your completed proposal?'

'No,' I admit. 'Just watch the damn video.'

The trailer is funnier than every new Simpsons I've seen of late. Nuts to all the haters and down-in-the-mouth-Moes. I'm seeing this movie and I'm going to look forward to it. If it sucks, so be it. I liked Episode One.
